What is my tracking number?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You can check and track the delivery status of your orders HERE.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Standard shipping time is 5 to 10 working days, but product shipped from China can take up to 20 working days in USA and 30 working day in Europe, Australia & South America from the date that your item is shipped out. Depending on demand and your location, delivery time will vary.
What is your change and return policy?

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, sometimes items arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please reach out with your order number, and a picture of the damaged item.
